We supply support workers and social care staff to support children and young people in the following settings:

Children's Homes
We supply Residential Child Care Workers to support the organisation's own staff team to ensure the smooth running of the home - minimising disruption and providing a friendly, but professional, face to fit as seamlessly into your team as possible.

Schools and Education
We supply Teaching Assistants and staff skilled in working with children and adolescents - mainly assisting EBD and mainstream schools throughout the Bournemouth, Dorset & Hampshire areas.

Social Services Departments & Foster Care Agencies
We supply highly skilled and experienced staff to support children and young people looked after in foster care, to supervise contact sessions, support children, young people and their families in their own homes and also to support young people who have left local authority care and need support in the community.

Outreach & Community Support
We support children and young people with disabilities who either live at home with their family or in a foster care setting. We undertake support, mentoring care leavers & vulnerable teenagers in the community while assisting them with life skills training, securing education and gaining employment.
