Our management team consists of highly qualified social work staff. We operate 24 hour telephone support for both our staff and our clients, emphasising ongoing Training & Development to maintain the high service levels that we and our clients demand.
We believe in the importance of high-level support and facilitate this through 24/7 support for staff - with access to an on-call manager as well as regular staff supervision and regular, ongoing Training & Development in relevant social care skills.
All BSS staff undertake a 2-Day basic Induction Training Course before being allowed to work.

- Know how to Communicate Effectively
- Understand the Development of Children and Young People
- Safeguard Children
- Develop Yourself & Your Skills

- NVQ Level 3 Care
